These terms of use for Claire Said (‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’), describes how Claire Cares Wellness works, what the client (‘you’, ‘your’) will receive, and clear up doubts. 1. Confidentiality
1.1 Any information you provide us with is strictly confidential and will be stored in a secure place. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information, contact information, medical history, current medications and/or supplements, and personal preferences.

1.2 You understand that, with your consent, we may disclose information to third parties such as a general practitioner, dietician, or mental health professional if deemed necessary.

1.3 You understand that any indication of thoughts of self-harm or doing harm to others breaks this confidentiality clause, and that we are legally obliged to divert this to the relevant authority.

2. Medical Information
2.1 You understand that the information you provide within the risk assessment and questionnaires sent to you prior to your discovery call and during your nutrition coaching should include true and complete to the best of your knowledge. You agree to update us of any changes in your lifestyle, which include, but are not limited to, health conditions, medications, supplements, and injuries.

2.2 Full transparency is required, especially in the case of medications, supplements, injuries, and health conditions. You understand that we are not a healthcare provider nor are we a medical practitioner, which means we may need to refer you to a General Practitioner, Dietician, or mental health professional. This could be at the start of your coaching or during your lifetime with us.
3. Sessions
3.1 All the sessions at Claire Cares Wellness are pre-paid, which means that they need to be paid for in advance. Bookings are not confirmed until we have received and cleared the payment. Failure to provide payment in advance results in the forfeit of the sessions.
3.2 The duration of the sessions are as follows:

Free Consultation: 20 minutes

Discovery Call: 45 - 60 minutes (depending on necessity)

Follow-Up Sessions: 30 minutes
3.3 Sessions that exceed their expiration date cannot be carried over the completion date unless agreed otherwise (in writing) with us. Sessions must be used within their time frame, or they will be lost. Time frames start on the day of payment.
3.4 The time frames for the services we offer are the following:

Discovery Call: 1 week

Surface Package: 4 weeks

Deep Dive Package: 4 weeks

All In Package: 6 weeks
-
8 Week Programme: 8 weeks

12 Week Programme: 12 weeks
-
Flexible Sessions: 12 weeks

Meal Plans: 2 weeks (information must be completed and returned for meal plan creation within the stated time frame)

Gift Card: 6 months
3.5 Refunds for programmes, packages, flexible sessions, meal plans, and gift cards are not available after the expiry date.
3.6 You understand that you will incur a 50% charge if you cancel your programme or package before it reaches its end to make up for the time we took to devise and plan your nutritional and wellness coaching programme. This is also valid if you are on a payment plan, in which case, the payment needs to be settled within twenty-eight (28) calendar days. Full refunds for packages and programmes are not available under any circumstance.
3.7 You will receive a full refund of any pending sessions in the unlikely event that we are unable to continue providing coaching services.
4. Missed Sessions & Cancellations
4.1 In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your session, you will need to give us a minimum of 48 hours notice. Failure to do so will result in the forfeit of the session and its cost.
4.2 Your session has a specific start and end time. We suggest logging on to your device 10 minutes before to plan for any unexpected technological issues. We will not make up for lost time if you are late to a session.
4.3 In the event that we need to reschedule or cancel the session, you will be given the chance to rebook at your convenience. We will make up for lost time should we be late to a session for any reason.
5. Location of Services
5.1 All sessions at Claire Cares Wellness are delivered online via a link that we will send you before your session. We strongly recommend attending the session in a quiet room with a stable internet connection. While mobile devices do the trick, it is best to use a desktop device.
6. Support
6.1 The packages we offer include constant support through WhatsApp and email channels. This includes the following:

Assistance in selecting the right foods

Food diary / logs

Questions about your plan
6.2 You understand that you may not receive an immediate response due to us having other clients and commitments during the working day.
6.3 The hours available for support are the following:

Monday: 10:00 – 18:30

Tuesday: 10:00 – 18:30

Wednesday: 10:00 – 18:30

Thursday: 10:00 – 18:30

Friday: 10:00 – 18:30

Saturday: 09:00 – 12:30
7. Results
7.1 You understand that in order to see results, you need to put in the work and effort. Following the plan and being honest with us is of utmost importance for us to be able to provide the best possible service to assist you in reaching your goals. You understand that results are personal and that every individual is different, and therefore we can never guarantee results, specific or otherwise.
8. Liability Waiver
8.1 The content of this nutritional program and any supplementary advice that accompanies it is to serve as a general overview of matters of interest and is not intended to be comprehensive, nor does it constitute medical (or other) advice in any way. This nutritional program is a compilation of one person’s processes, concepts, philosophies, methodology and opinions. You should carry out your own research and/or seek your own professional advice before acting or relying on any of the information displayed in your nutritional program whether it be in person or via online coaching. The company, coach and its related entities will not be liable for any injuries, loss or damage that may arise out of your improper use of, or reliance on, the content of this program. You accept sole responsibility for the outcomes if you choose to adopt and/or use the systems, methods, ideas, concepts and opinions within the content of this nutritional program.
8.2 You understand that we are not certified nutritionists and as an individual, your dietary needs and restrictions are unique. By signing this form, you acknowledge that we are not a medical practitioner and any guidance or advice from us does not constitute as medical advice. You also acknowledge that you have been advised to consult a physician before undergoing any dietary or food supplementary changes. You also affirmatively state that you have disclosed any and all known medical or genetic conditions, medications you use whether prescribed or not, and any significant personal or family medical history. Any recommendations that you follow for changes in diet, including but not limited to the use of food supplements, are entirely your decision and your responsibility. You are knowingly assuming any risk associated with nutritional programming.
8.3 You have carefully read this waiver and understand it to be a release of all claims and causes of action for any injury or illness as a result of, or whilst participating in nutritional counselling or coaching.
