A 90 DAY PLANNER FROM CLAIRE CARES WELLNESS

The Anti-Diet Planner

Showing up imperfectly still counts as showing up

A ninety day planner for those who are tired of starting again.
No calorie counting, no weigh-ins, and nothing in it you can fail at.

€29.99

One payment, yours to print as often as you like.

Built for your worst day, not your best

It's a random Wednesday in November, work has been horrible, and there's nothing in the fridge. That's where plans actually go, and wanting it more than ever has never once fixed that particular evening.

Most planners are built for those who have time, energy, and a clear head.

This one is build for those who don't.

Take A Look At What's Inside

THE MINIMUM DAY

One tick is enough

One a hard day, filling in one thing counts. Not most of the page. One. Nothing in here resets to zero and there's no streak to break.

NO SCALE

Progress you can feel

There's no weigh-in page. You track sleep, energy, mood, portions, and what you actually did, because those move first and they still move on a bad week.

YOUR HANDS

Portions without weighing

A palm, a fist, a cupped hand, a thumb. No scales, no apps, no numbers to log. It works in a restaurant and at your mother's table.

TOMORROW ONLY

A list you can finish

You write tomorrow's to-do list tonight, and only tomorrow's. A weekly list is a week's worth of evidence you fell behind by Thursday.

What Makes The Anti-Diet Planner Different

Who The Anti-Diet Planner Is For

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

You've started and stopped more times than you can count

You eat when you're stressed, bored, or tired, and you want to understand why

Tracking apps stress you out

You want something that you can print and write on

You'd rather build two habits that stick than try twelve that you can't keep

THIS IS PROBABLY NOT FOR YOU IF

You want a set meal plan with no decisions in it

You're after fast weight loss in a fixed number of weeks

You want daily calorie and macro tracking

You'd rather have an app than a planner

I found The Anti-Diet Planner quite straightforward and easy to use. It is very handy as everything is logged in one place. The portion guide is very helpful and the author's own personal story and journey is very comforting. I especially liked the motivational quotes in each page. Overall I highly recommend.

Claire has created such a lovely and easy-to-use health journal. You can really see the thought and care she has put into it. It helped me stay mindful of my habits and progress without feeling overwhelmed. A beautiful and practical journal that I would definitely recommend!

FAQS

Is The Anti-Diet Planner a diet plan?

No. There is no calorie target, no food list, and nothing is forbidden. The Anti-Diet Planner is a planner for building habits and understanding your own eating patterns.

Do I have to print The Anti-Diet Planner?

No. It works printed at home, sent to a print shop, or filled in on a tablet.

What happens if I miss days?

You will. That's life, but it's what The Anti-Diet Planner is built for. It's undated, so you can start on a Wednesday and pick it up again three weeks later without anything being wrong.

I've tried planners before, and never finished them.

Most people haven't finished a planner, which is exactly why the minimum rule exists. One tick counts. The point is to come back, not to fill in every box.

Is this suitable for me if I have a medical condition?

The Anti-Diet Planner is meant for general wellness education, not medical or dietary treatment. If you're currently managing a medical condition and/or undergoing treatment, please speak to your doctor before making changes.

Small choices, made often

That's the whole point.

Ninety days of small choices, written down somewhere you can see them.
