Online coaching is coaching that happens over a video call rather than in person. This means you'll have more flexibility with your time as you won't need to commute, look for parking, or stress in traffic. Whether you want to lose weight, gain weight, or simply improve your relationship with food, Claire Cares Wellness offers a holistic coaching approach to help you become the best version of yourself.
Coaching sessions involve catch ups of how you've been doing, your progress, and the addition of strategies to help you build more skills. You may also want to tweak your plans to help fit your lifestyle better.
As your online coach, I am here to support you on your fitness journey. This means you'll get more than just a nutrition plan and a 'see you next week'. I offer constant support via email and WhatsApp, affirmations, skill and habit building techniques, and much more. This will help you become the best version of yourself not only in the way you eat, but in the way you feel and approach life.
Claire Cares Wellness is more than just a nutrition plan. I differentiate myself from other nutrition coaches because my mission is to help women, particularly women with bad relationships with their bodies, to become the best versions of themselves using a holistic approach. I was once a female who hated her body due to traumatic experiences, bullying, and domestic abuse, and I understand the challenges that come with hating what you see in the mirror. A discovery call is the initial session where you'll get to know me, and I'll get to know you. You'll need to fill out a questionnaire beforehand so that we can use the time of your discovery call to establish your goals and set a plan of action. You'll then receive a meal plan within 2 business days.
You will receive your meal plan and further instructions within 2 business days following your discovery call.
The packages at Claire Cares Wellness include constant support via email and WhatsApp during business hours. This means I will be with you every step of the way.
You can contact me via WhatsApp with any questions you may have within business hours. You can also send food check-ins, ask for feedback, or seek any kind of support that will help you on your journey.
The plans at Claire Cares Wellness include additional perks such as shopping lists, skill building plans, handouts, guides, and templates. Some plans also include mindfulness, affirmations, and discounts to workshops.
No, you don't. I'll design your nutrition plan around your needs, abilities, and available tools and equipment.
You can pay for your nutrition plans via the Claire Cares Wellness using credit or debit cards, Revolut, Bizum, or bank transfer.
Yes, they do. You'll always receive a meal plan based on your goals, preferences, and time restrictions.
You can upgrade a plan at any point during your plan, just get in touch with me and we'll figure out the pro-rata payment plan. Unfortunately, you cannot downgrade your plan.
Results typically appear within the first week or two as your energy levels shift. However, it is important to note that everyone is different, and you may not see results immediately. If this is the case, we will revise your plan and act accordingly to make sure you reach your goals.
Although our plans are proven to give results, it ultimately depends on you. Consistency is the key to achieving the results you're looking for.
I’m certified by Precision Nutrition, one of the world’s most respected nutrition academies. I also hold qualifications from Clean Health Academy and Vast Academy, both internationally recognised institutions in the field of health and wellness.
While movement is important for a healthy life, you don't need to spend hours at the gym. Any small movement such as going for a walk or doing a 20-minute workout at home is enough to help you on your journey. Nevertheless, we will discuss movement when devising your action plan.
I have included my own before and after pictures to show my understanding of weight loss journeys. However, I don't post before and after photos of my clients. This is because every person's journey is different, and I think that it is important not to compare ourselves with others.
You can reschedule your appointment for up to 48 hours in advance. Claire Cares Wellness doesn't accept cancellations after that. Missed sessions are non refundable. Please read our full terms of use for more detailed information.

The workshops I hold at Claire Cares Wellness include helpful information about a variety of subjects related to nutrition and wellness. These may include meal planning, journalling, emotional eating, goal setting, and many other topics.
This totally depends on the plan we come up with during your discovery call, and what you are able to do consistently.
Support is available for everyone. The response times may be slightly irregular, depending on the time zone you're in, but I'll still give you the same quality of support.
