Who Am I?

I’m Claire, founder and Head Nutrition and Wellness Coach at Claire Cares Wellness. My story began like so many women’s. Feeling stuck, judged, and exhausted from trying every diet that never seemed to work. For years, I battled body image, emotional eating, and the belief that something was “wrong” with me.

 

Then one day, breathless after chasing my husky, Alpha, I decided it was time to change. Not through punishment or restriction, but through care. I rebuilt my habits, lost 35kg, learned to nourish my body properly, and discovered what true wellness feels like: balance, strength, and peace.

 

Now I help women do the same, without cutting out their favourite foods or following unsustainable rules. At Claire Cares Wellness, I’ll show you how to rebuild your confidence, nourish your body, and finally feel in control of your health again.

I differentiate myself from other nutrition coaches because my mission is to help women, particularly women with bad relationships with their bodies, to become the best versions of themselves using a holistic approach. I was once a female who hated her body due to traumatic experiences, bullying, and domestic abuse, and I understand the challenges that come with hating what you see in the mirror.
